How to claim warranty on your device

No matter how solid the device is, there's always a risk of failure. That's why we offer warranty on all our products.

In case you experience any funtional problem with your device you can reach out to our WhatsApp Support to file a claim.

How the warranty claims work

If you submit a valid claim under this warranty, REGEN will, at its option:

(i) repair the Device using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or

(ii) replace the Device with a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Device and is formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or

(iii) refund your purchase price in exchange for the return of your Device.

When a product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes REGEN's property.

A replacement part or product or a repaired Device assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.

What is not covered in the Warranty?

This Limited Warranty is excluded in the following cases

  • Product that is oxidized,
  • Damage or failure arising out of an accident,
  • One or several components of the Products were manipulated by the Buyer or by a third party not authorised by REGEN in connection with the defect for which the Buyer seeks warranty coverage,
  • Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply,
  • Loss exceeding the original value or replacement value (whichever is the lesser) of the Product,
  • Damage or failure arising out of interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, firmware flashing, bios flashing.
